### 07/18 What Did Ya Eat Today?
My intake for the day:
Breakfast: 1 package regular instant oatmeal with one sliced banana
Lunch: 1/2 of a large turkey, swiss, mustard, lettuce, tomato and cucumber wrap and 1 cup of diced cantelope
Dinner: 1 cup of marinara with 93% lean ground beef and 1 cup of sliced tomatoes, cucumbers and mushrooms with 1Tblsp of Ranch dressing
Snack: 1 NSA Fudgsicle
Water - about 60 ounces total and all vitamins
