Did your BMI drop?

Today I thought I would look and see what my BMI is since I am now 4 months post op.....well it went from 41 to 31....it dropped 10 points! 2 more points and I will be overweight and out of the obese stages!!!.....What about you how has yours dropped? Mimi

Mine dropped from 42.3 and as of today it is now 29.9, which means I am no longer obese. I am simply overweight. I never thought I would be so happy to be overweight, but I know everyone here understands. Going from Morbidly obese to plain old overweight is a dream come true! mine has gone from 63.8 down to 47.9 so that is GOOD!!! down 15.9 and my body fat has gone from 64 to 46 % so that was 16 points. I am happy with that. danni

Mine has gone from 65.39 to 50.46. Almost 15 points! Still morbidly obese...but not really feeling it like I did at 381 lbs! I'm only 15 lbs away from being at my lowest weight since I was 15! I can hardly wait. Have a great Saturday!

Mine was 55.7 and today it is 39.4.....wahooooooooo 16.3 points down...... I am not Super Obese anymore just obese...what a weight off my shoulders, and butt, and belly and legs and arms and boobs....lol.........I hope everyone is having a great weekend..... God Bless you all Jannine 357/252/190

Hi Mimi, My BMI was 58.3 at surgery. I'm now at 45.8 which is a 13 point drop! Something else exciting to know and share. Thanks for bringing this up! Hugs, Shari -73

my bmi was 46 and now it is 34.1 thats 12.1 points overweight but not morbidly obease Marsha

I went from 46 to 34! Still obese, but getting close to just plain old overweight=)
