Support group last night was great--- as usual--- we went to Applebee's after for dinner (Per request from my Angelette Jeanna who is having her surgery Monday-- she wanted a last hoorah there! LOL). EJ and I couldnt agree, so he ordered some cajun tilapia thing of the WW menu, and I had their salmon served with rice pilaf & brocolli. I must have eaten too fast the first bite or two, and the end peice was a little dry cause it went down sore and heavy--- I had left my Papaya Enzyme in the car, but luckily one of the other girls had some with her... that took care of it-- I SWEAR by papaya enzyme! I had PLENTY of left overs to take home. Other than having no clothes Im doing good--- I think my stall is breaking because this morning I stepped on the scale and was down 2lbs... I REALLY want to be -100lbs before my 4 month anniversary next Thursday--- Only 4 more lbs to go so I think I'll make it now my stall is ending... Breakfast: Kraft To Go thing, with mini Triscuits & Cheese. (Last one I had sitting in the fridge from a while ago, don't wanna buy them anymore just needed something quick) Snack: 7oz Lite Strawberry Yogurt. Lunch: Salmon Salad (2oz left over Salmon, Lettuce, onion, red bell pepper, 1oz peanuts, cucumber, tomato, feta cheese & Kens Steak House Lite Sweet Vidalia Onion Dressing) --- OMG this was sooooooooooo good....took me about 45-50 minutes to eat. Snack: 8 Wheat thins, w/ 1oz cheese & 2 thin slices of summer sausage. Dinner: To be determined, but I need to go to the store tonight, we are going to buy a rottiserie chicken and break it up into 2oz bags for the fridge so we can grab for salads etc.... Im thinking we might just have some of the chicken. 45oz of water--- will get another 13oz or so when I get home. ** Im gonna get rid of the wheat thins... I don't even really like them, Id rather have more whole grain stuff like Triscuits, Wasa Crackers etc... but Hubby wanted them, and now 9 months out he is starting to eat a lot more and I think they are an evil thing to keep in the house. we need to keep an eye on snacking habits... Well I was so sick ALL DAY yesterday! I could not keep one thing down. Feeling much better today. For BF I did 3/4 of my protein shake, popsicle for snack, Dannon L& F for lunch with some soy granola in it and now I am having another popsicle, oh yeah and I had a SF Jello. I am kinda going back to basics today just cuz yesterday was awful. When I got home from work I just barffed all afternoon and night. So today is better and haven't decided on Dinner, although I would like some chili beans, but may be too much for me right now. Anyone else have problems like this? There are day when I do really well and can eat a good meal and others when I just can't eat at all. Sheila 283/228/135

Im sorry you were so sick yesterday! It's not a common occurance right? You have to keep an eye out for things like strictures.... but if you can normally eat well, and it's just an off day then maybe something just didnt agree with your pouch! I hope things keep getting better

Way off schedule for food today. We went to a local amusement park. I haven't ridden in years and was ready to give it a try to see if I fit the rides. And I'm happy to say that all the ones we rode, I FIT!! WooHoo! Sad thing is that it rained most of the day. But we got a good half of a day in. Nice thing was that on the way out, they were handing out free passes for another day!! They said they were going to close early, since so much rain, having to wait for rides after it cleared etc. So that was way cool! So we'll go back next month on a nice sunny day! So food for the day: Breakfast: Met with my parents for breakfast. They had picked up our tickets. I had off of Dave's plate: about 2 oz ham/cheese omelette, 1 quarter size potato pancake, 1 slice crispy bacon. At the park today: 2 bites of a corndog, about 5 french fries with cheese, at another point we shared a taco salad, and I had some diet pepsi today ( i always hated diet pop, but for some reason today I had a thirst for some, so had a little, it was sooooo good! ) We got home about 6:30, this evening just got done with a salad with some tuna in it. And I'll have a protein shake later. Water wasn't good, about 2 bottles maybe. Had quite a bit today it looks like but maybe not as bad as it looks if I totaled it up. It was just a bite of this or that for taste. I still feel drenched!! Good thing was we walked around all day, so got lots of exercise in between rides!

Ok let's see, first of all saw my surgeon today for a check-up on an ulcer spot I had in my pouch in April. He wants to do another egd scope to be sure it's healing properly. I go next week for that. On a good note, I broke my stall, woohooooooooooooo! I was stuck at 68 pounds for 2-3 weeks and today hit 71 pounds so I am thrilled to be moving again. Ok for my food intake................ B-1/4 cup cottage cheese with 1/2 bananna L-3 slices of lean, shaved turkey lunchmeat and one LC lite cheese wedge S-soy crips D-3 oz. ground round patti with some blue cheese on top, cucumbers, tomato, and mixed veggies S-about 5 pretzels and I'm getting ready to have a sf fudgesicle with the girls before bed. Water: 2 16.9 oz. bottles, not great but I did drink some iced tea and sf koolaid too Exercise: walked my poor girls about a mile after dinner. My eight year old kept saying, Mommy are we taking the long way, LOL! I told them one of these days they'll have to run to keep up with me.

B: 1/2 cup of boiled and peeled shrimp L: 1/2 cup of boiled and peeled shrimp D: +/- 1 cup of salad (greens, onion, tomato) and 1 hamburger patty chopped up in it for protein. Added 1 tbsp of ranch dressing. Didn't quite finish the salad, but I did pick out the hamburger so I'd have the protein. Did about 64 oz of water, shooting for at least 44 while I'm at work so I've only got one bottle to go once I get home I need to find some good snacks that I can have here at work. Some days I am fine, others I am feeling a little peckish before it is time to eat again. Anything to keep me away from the snack machines! I'm thinking some mixed nuts wouldn't be too bad. I've got plenty of little bags I can put them in to portion them out. It is a little weird eating so "normal" after three months of living in a hotel and eating out every day! I can impress myself just by being able to make toast in the morning!
