salmon pattie & sweet potatoe sounds so yummy!!! Just this weekend I tried salmon for the first time since surgery--- I love salmon, just hadn't had it for some reason--- it was so good! I need to incorporate it more in my meals!

B-1/2 c cottage cheese S-string cheese, tomato juice L-egg salad D-part of a grilled chicken salad from subway S-cut up tomato with balsimic vinegarette dressing, one lc cheese wedge. water: not nearly enough as usual By the way, I finally found the laughing cow lite cheese at Kroger last night and I love it! I did horrible, my tummy isn't liking anything today. Started with my vits, got nausea on my way to work, had to pull over and ralph. Not good. The only things that seemed to stay down were water and popsicles. Hope tuesday is better..

I hope your feeling better today!!!! Let us know, being sick sucks esp when we need to get in as much nutrition as possible.

Thanks so much, I am feeling better. I think it all started yesterday because I didn't have my protein drink first thing and I took my vits on an empty stomach. I know, bad girl. I am so bad at eating now. Do you think I should be eating more? BF: Protein Shake Vits: ok L: Turkey slices w/Romaine Salad & Balsamic Vinegrette Dressing S: SF Pudding D: Chicken Caesar Salad

I ate like a pig...(at least I feel like it) B:30g protein shake S: Le creame yogurt L: 2oz grilled chicken w/1 tbs bbq sauce and 1oz cheese S: Reeses Peanut butter pumpkin (actually has 4 grams protein) D: 1 slice deli ham with 1oz cheese Water: only got in 60oz yesterday, but i don't think the missing 4 oz will kill me...
