D-part of a grilled chicken salad from subway
S-cut up tomato with balsimic vinegarette dressing, one lc cheese wedge.
water: not nearly enough as usual
By the way, I finally found the laughing cow lite cheese at Kroger last night and I love it!

Thanks so much, I am feeling better. I think it all started yesterday because I didn't have my protein drink first thing and I took my vits on an empty stomach. I know, bad girl. I am so bad at eating now. Do you think I should be eating more?

I ate like a pig...(at least I feel like it)
B:30g protein shake
S: Le creame yogurt
L: 2oz grilled chicken w/1 tbs bbq sauce and 1oz cheese
S: Reeses Peanut butter pumpkin (actually has 4 grams protein)
D: 1 slice deli ham with 1oz cheese
Water: only got in 60oz yesterday, but i don't think the missing 4 oz will kill me...
