### 07/10 What Did Ya Eat Today?
So Ive been kinda quiet around here... kind of feel like I might as well not be posting, don't get many replies anyway..... I thought this would be a good way for people to see what other's are eating... but out of everyone there are only a few who post regularly.... BUT I need this to help keep me accountable... so Im still gonna post and whoever wants to participate can.
Breakfast: 3/4 of a scrambled egg w/ jalapeno cheese & salsa on top.
Snack: 5 Wheat Thins, approx 0.5oz cheese, 1 & 1/2 small slices of beef summer sauage & 10 grapes.
Lunch: Salad! Yum!!! (2oz Chicken, lettuce, onion, cucumber, bell pepper, 1oz peanuts & dressing) --- spread this meal over about an hour.
Snack: 6oz Lite Yogurt
Dinner: We made shredded BBQ pork last night, and sent most home with family members--- but kept a little... Im thinking of putting it on a few tortilla chips, and sprinkling some cheese and toasting... kind of a weird BBQ Pork nacho's? LOL
Will have 50oz water done before I leave work.... and will drink another 13oz cup tonight at home.
Hubby started his new job today!!! YAY
Breakfast: about a 1/4 cup LF cottage cheese
Mid morning: AchieveOne coffee drink 20 gm protein, 120 cal
Lunch: 1/4 c shredded romaine lettuce, some onion, cucumber, grape tomato, can of light tuna with italian dressing.
Dinner: Don't know yet. I'll grab something at some point. Having a crappy day. But been pushing down the water today. Haven't done as good on it the past two days as I should have, so trying to be sure I get it in. All vitamins in so far.

breakfast - 1/2 c cottage cheese
snack - cheese stick
lunch - left over chipotle -yum! chicken, black beans, guac, cheese, sour cream salsa
snack - sugar free pudding
and 1 m&m - was enough...too sweet!
not sure about dinner...maybe chicken and some baked potatoe with a veg

I'm one of the ones that's not good about responding, but want you to know how much I appreciate this daily post. Please don't stop.....
Breakfast: My usual protein drink
Snack: 1/2C cottage cheese
Lunch: More cottage cheese with SF jello
Dinner: Carne Asada and green salad
Water: doing OK today....I'm at about 50oz now and still have tonight to get more in
Exercise: Walking 2 1/2 miles at lunchtime.....on a route that now includes a HUGE hill. My near-future goal is to get to the top of that hill without stopping. Right now I have to stop twice going up because my heart is thumping so hard!!

He is working for The University of Phoenix--- which means FREE school, which is such a HUGE blessing for us. He can transfer all his credits, and finish his degree with no student loans. he had been so depressed feeling like he was getting no where in his life... so now he can focus again---- a new body, a new job and soon a new degree....

B-oatmeal packet made with no fat Carb countdown, Splenda and a handful of frozen blueberries
S 1 0z leftover tri tip
L about 1/2 cup homemade chicken salad with fat free Miracle Whip and Tablespoon pickle relish
S 25 gr protein shake made with aabout 1 cup frozen mixed berries, splenda 3/4 cup Carb countdown and I scook Whey unflavered protien. Using frozen fruit makes it almost shbert consistency in Majic Bullet
Dinner 1 Taco and 1/2 Taco Bell pintos and cheese
Water 72 oz so far and will drink more
Meds--two cacium tablets to go
