Weekly update
Someone reproached me last week for always being so negative. I suppose they're right. I'll try a different approach this time. I lost two pounds last week. Here are some good things I can think of on my journey so far.
I've lost 50 pounds in 17 weeks
I'm about halfway to my goal
My joints are certainly feeling better
I have more energy
I've cut my nighttime insulin from 20 units to 8

Those are definately positive things and you should feel positive about them! Good for you! All of those things are amazing, but I think the cutting of the insulin that far down is a big one!! Im sure it would be great to not need it in time. Keep at it!!
I guess I did pretty good this week as far as losing weight. I didnt do the gym as much as normal and I sure have been struggling with head hunger. But the numbers are still dropping and I have a couple of biggies coming up!!!
1. I'm less than 10 lbs away from hubby's weight!!! I used to be over 100 lbs heavier than him!
2. I weighed in at 250.4 this morning. I'm almost under 250 wooohooo!!!
3. Being at this weight today of 250 means that I am only 5 lbs away from having lost 100 lbs since Feb. 14, 2006!!!
So all in all its been a good week and looks like next week or two will be even better when I can reach these milestones!!!
