Only 2 people ate yesterday?????
I'm slow because I was in Houston and did get bac****il late last night (Wednesday):
Tuesday:
BSnack: Tall decaf, non-fat latte
reakfast: 1 scrambled egg, 1/2 sausage patty and 2 small pieces of cantelope
Snack: 4 oz light and fit yogurt
Lunch: 1/2 cup chicken salad, 1/2 cup tortilla soup
Dinner: 8 med shrimp, 1/4 cup refried beans, 3 tortilla chips with salsa
snack: trail mix
I drank about 80 oz of water on Tuesday.
Wednesday:
Snack: Tall decaf, non-fat latte
Breakfast: 1 scrambled egg, 1 sausage patty
snack: 4 oz light and fit yogurt
lunch: 3 oz chicken fajita meat, 1/4 c refried beans, 1/2 small tortilla, a few grilled onions
snack: 10 oz bloody mary mix (spicy tomato)
dinner: 1/2 c ground turkey with water chestnuts, musuhrooms and chinese spices
snack: trail mix
I was a little low on water with only about 65 ounces. I usually try to drink more water when I'm traveling so I don't get dehydrated.
