### 06/27 What Did Ya Eat Today?
Im having a grea****er day again! So far Ive had 45oz, its only 1.30pm here. I have another 17oz bottle I will finish before I leave work, and then it's support group night, so I will get more water in during the meeting.
Im excited about support group tonight cause it's all about vitamins... we have a lady in our group who knows sooo much about vitamins... and I need to be better, so Im hoping to learn a lot.
Breakfast: 4oz Kozy Shack NSA Rice Pudding
Snack: 1.5oz Habenero Cheddar Cheese w/ about 6-8 Wheat Thins.
Lunch: Salad (1oz Chicken, spinach, red bell pepper, onion, pine nuts, feta cheese & dressing)
Snack: The rest of my salad (1oz chicken, and same as above)
Dinner: Were going out to Baja Fresh after support group--- I was thinking about a salad, but I had that for lunch and snack...maybe the insides of a burrito, some fajitas? I dont know, I will update tommorrow.
Water: See above hehehe
Breakfast: Made a 3 egg omelette today with onion, black olives, grape tomato. I took 1/3 of it, hubby 2/3. I ate about 1/2 of my portion gave him the rest. For some reason my belly hurt.
Mid morn: I was feeling I was wanting something since I had little breakfast, so heated up about 2oz of Wendy Chili I had left in the container. So did this instead of my protein shake.
Lunch: Small salad made with shredded lettuce about a 1/4 cup, grape tomatos, onion, can of light tuna fish and balsamic dressing.
5:00 pm had 30 gm protein shake. Heading out to a support meeting tonight, might have something to eat later, but not hungry now and havent had a protein shake yet so figured I best do one.
Water had about 2 bottles, 16.9 oz so far. Will work on one at the meeting.
heres my list for the day (I really need to try and remember to post in here everyday, it seems to help keep me on track)!
meal 1- protein shake while driving to work
meal 2- tortellini salad (made with Monterey Pasta whole wheat tortellini, baby carrots, celery, grilled chicken and pea pods in Newman's own sesame ginger dressing.... delish!!)
Monterey Pasta sells whole wheat as well as low carb pastas heres the website if anyones interested

meal 3- 5 grilled shrimp
meal 4- 6oz carb and sugar control drinkable yogurt - while driving home from work
meal 5- south beach cereal bar (had to eat verrrrrry slow, only 7gr sugar, but felt like I was going to dump)
walked on my break at work, went to the Mets/Red Sox game tonight (Mets lost ) but walked almost 2 miles to the park and during the 7th inning stretch I climbed the stairs to the nose bleed section!

Food intake for 6/27:
Breakfast: 1 package regular instant oatmeal
Lunch: 4 ounces of chicken breast and 1/4 cup of mashed potatoes (leftovers from Monday night's dinner out)
Dinner: 4 ounces rotisserie chicken and 1/2 cup of broccoli
Snack: Tried some NSA/Low Fat ice cream. Blech! I'll stick to my NSA Fudgsicles!
Water: 60 ounces and my vitamins
I wish I had done this before surgery so I could compare! I know I ate SOOOO much before WLS.
