I need to print this out and put it on my eyeballs - I knew I was getting teired and sore this morning but I kept pedalling up hills and down on my bike - my knees hurt but I figured "push though - be tough -keep going"
this was a BAD idea - the muscle above my knee is so swollen you can see it stick out and I want to cry when I stand up. now no bike riding for me for a few days at least
ok so somebody learn from my owie lesson - when it hurts bad STOP do not continue and try to keep up with the husband (who is active duty army and in great shape)
