### 06/26 What Did Ya Eat Today?
SO I tried posting this earlier, typed the whole thing up and the website has been screwing up... so the whole thing got deleted grrr.
Anyway!!! YAY Im so happy, so far today Ive done 52oz of fluids, for me thats AWESOME!!!! I plan on getting abother 20oz in before the day ends, so Im doing great with my water today! Drinking is so hard for me, so this makes me feel good hehehe.
Breakfast: 3oz Kozy Shack NSA Rice Pudding
Snack: Healthy Choice Chicken Alfredo--- About 1/2 the chicken (3-4 peices) and a few bites of pasta.
Lunch: The rest of the chicken from the alfredo and a few more bites of pasta. I ended up leaving most of the pasta behuind, those meals are too big for me... even when I eat them over 2 meals...
Snack: 6oz Lite Yogurt
Dinner: Im feeling like something cool and fresh-- a salad packed with veggies & maybe some tuna.
WOO HOO on water for me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Getting the water in is a tough thing, Good for you!! I did a little better with it yesterday but still not enough.
Breakfast: cereal- 1/4 all bran extra fiber w/ 1/4 soy milk
Mid morning: 30 gm protein shake, some nuts in there somewhere
Lunch: 4 oz Wendy's chili with 2 crackers
Mid afternoon: Was wanting something around 3-4pm, so made a salad with lettuce, tomato w/ balsamic dressing.
Dinner: Made a taco salad. Ground beef w/ taco seasoning pack, picante, black olives, lettuce, sour cream, onions, and crumbled 2 nacho chips over it.
Eve: 30 gm protein shake, and a few more nuts.
I have been worried a bit about the nut munching but I must be doing ok with them. It seems to have helped my constipation problem, and i've been dropping a few lbs the past few days. I guess its ok for snacking as long as I dont over do it.

choice, cooked, grilled
Lets see, what did I eat yesterday;
Breakfast - Lite yogurt - Banana cream Pie
Snack - 1/2 Protein Shake
Lunch: 2 slices Turkey Lunch meat
1 slice colby cheese
Snack: 2 resess peanutbutter cups (miniature)
Dinner: 1 oz meatloaf
1 bite peas
Water: 60 oz total
Protein: 42 grams, really need to get my protein up. I will do better today.
