How much have you lost ???

My surgery was 3/6/06 and I weighed 310. I weighed in this morning at 236.5 so I've had a loss of 73.5 pounds. I'm losing somewhere between 3-4 pounds a week. According to my weight tracker I will be at my goal of 165 in 18 weeks. I love that program! It tells me everything! SLM

I guess Iam a slow loser I had my surgery on 3/31 I started at 262 i now weigh 226. thats 36 pounds down. I must say I feel good though!!!!

My weight at my 1st consult was 463. The day of my surgery 425 on 3/20. Last time on the scale was on Sunday I only weigh myself once a week it was 363. Down 100 all together 62 from surgery.

I had my surgery March 13 and weighed 299 going in to surgery. Weighed myself this morning and weighed in at 247. Down 52 lbs. I feel like a slow loser too. But proud of myself. I've lost 4 inches off my chest and 5 inches off of my waist and hips. I'm just glad that I feel better than i've ever felt in a long time.

I had My surgery on march 10th I have lost 58 lbs. sense before surgery all together i have lost 91lbs. I started at 310 I am now 219. I cant wait till im in the 100's.

Surgery 3/3 SW 254 CW 208 HW 271 So a loss of 46 since surgery, 63 total. I have no problems being a slow loser. I did at first, but not now. I feel its better for my body to lose slow and I havent hit a real plateau yet either. *knocking on wood* Courtney
