Wish me luck
The ones I make is a big yes....but you can make them any degree of spicyness...I like using the chicken tenders more meat that way and more protein....what I did is as follows:
I lightly breaded chicken tenders (2lbs) with dip in egg and then flour and then egg again and the whole wheat breadcrumbs..if you cannot find them I use whole wheat toast and make the crumbs out of that... then I bake them until they are done and tender about 25 min on 350 and then mix 1 1/2 cup of franks red hot sauce with 1 cup of Smart balance spread with one packet of the True lemon mixed in and 2 TBS of dried basil and then I poured them on the cooked chicken fingers (I also suggest pouring the mixture in a bowl and coating them that way so you do not burn your pans) and then baked them in the oven for 25 min to bake in the sauce...and then had some Ken's Blue Cheese dressing with them...each of my fingers weighted about 2 oz so I had 3oz in total..and it was great...and mr pouch liked them...
I hope you enjoy them....anyone who uses the recipe.....
