### 06/10 What Did Ya Eat Today?
Hey everyone sorry been away for bit...have not stopped for 2 weeks..hubby started new job and that give me the car all the time now I can get to the parks and walk and do more...even going to the gym....
B-2 fried eggs w/american cheese and 1/2 slice of toast
20 oz of water
Lunch- 1/2 cup of clam chowder pureed..(just wanted to make sure pouch was happy..)
Snack-protein shake
Dinner-not sure yet..if anyone has any suggestions would be helpful...
weighted myself and I am at 264 from 357 so I think I am doing pretty good...tomorrow I am going out and purchasing my bike so there will be no stopping me....

bikes are sooo fun - we went for a 35 min ride today and it was a blast - you are doing great on your wieght loss!!
triple protien shake
1/2 slice of 7grain bread, 1 paoched egg, 1 t avacado on my toast LOL - 2 meals b/c I can not eat a whole egg still
5 chips with taco meat and chease and sour cream and lettuce, onions and tomatoes and 2 bites of seafood salad all from super salads - lunch out with hubby and the boys
1 wedge lf laughing cow cheese
no idea for dinner don't even want to cook, we have left overs and I am at 97 grams of protien of my 125 so I am not even stressing over it - I can have a protien shake and yogurt and hit that

B-1/4 cup cottage cheese with 1/2 bannana
L-1/4 Wendy's baked potato with chili
D-3 oz. grilled burger patti, cucumber, salad, and a bit of corn
S-treated myself to a diet pepsi slurpee. What made that better was that we took a family bike ride to the store. I have not been on my bike in 3 years and it felt great!
Water-bad, only two 16.9 ounce bottles today.

Today for me:
Breakfast: Nothing - UGH! The weekends are so tough for me. Before I know it, it's 11:00 a.m. and I haven't eaten anything. I was up early doing housework and just forgot to eat.
Lunch: 4 ounces of turkey salad, 4 wheat crackers, 1/2 cup chopped cucumbers, mushrooms and tomatoes with a bit of dressing.
Dinner: Dinner date with hubby at Olive Garden. Had the Mixed Grill again. So yummy! Consumed about 3 ounces of beef and chicken, 1/4 cup of zucchini and summer squash and about 3 bites of roasted potatoes. There is enough left for 2 more meals.
Snack: 1 NSA Fudgsicle
About 50 ounces of water today.

Hi Everyone....I can see you all are enjoying your weekend.
Breakfast: Vanilla protein drink
Lunch: Egg salad made with lite mayo
Dinner: Small Wendy's chili with cheese
Water: not so good today, only about 30oz so far
PS: Our 7-Eleven's in California do have the Crystal Light slurpees, but when I went to get one they were still freezing and weren't ready yet. I'll be going back again though.

I remember reading on the main board a while back about someone asking the 7-11 clerk for nutrition info on the crystal light slurpee. He found it and she discovered there was actual sugar in it. I dont know if that still stands but you might want to check into it or post it on the main board. Hopefully there isn't any sugar great treat with the summer around the corner, great treat
today was my first not so great day since surgery when it came to food...
around 3am I had 100 calorie pack of cool ranch doritos (late night, out with friends and bf)
didn't eat again til noon time when I had a protein shake
at 4 I had a soft pretzel with nacho cheese at a friends movie premier
then around 6 I had 2 beef teriyaki sticks from the chinese restaurant (I had to eat very slow due to the teriyaki sauce having sugar in it) with a couple bites of the chicken finger coating and 3 or 4 tsp of fried rice...
me and the bf jus****ched running scared (wasn't bad) during the movie I had maybe a cup of petite carrot sticks with Rao's creamy italian dressing
I can't believe how bad I ate.. I'm sure tomorrow will be better!
