I'm finally a MOMMY!!

I got my birthday present a few days early!! We are now the proud parents of a 3-1/2 month old Schnoodle! She is so cute!! We named her Nikki but DH likes to call her Schnikki / Snickerdoodle! LOL I've been wanting a puppy for so long as I mentioned the other day and now finally we found one. I've been looking here and there for the right price, we just couldnt afford $1,000 to $1,500 for a dog right now. We went out looking yesterday and came across her for a much more affordable price of only $400. We couldnt pass up the opportunity. I sure hope I feel that way in a few weeks of trying to train her to let me know she needs to go out! LOL Check out my profile for the pics of my lil

how cool!! do you crate train your puppys? that is what works for me - of course on the down side my 110 pound lab still has his kennel in the living room b/c it worked really well with him and that is his house and he gets distraught when we move it - so I have a crate the size of a 4 person dining room table in the living room LOL but its ok we keep the gerbal cages on top of it. our furbabies are part of our family too congrates danni ENJOY THE JOURNEY

Yes, we bought a crate for her. Im getting ready to watch the dvd now to see what I need to do to train her for potty, biting etc. commands, how to deliver them. Ive taken her out several times today but she just doesnt seem to get it that outside means to go potty, she just thinks its fun time and plays like crazy, I think she is too busy with all the sights and sounds she doesnt think about it. lol She peed in her crate on paper, and #2 on the kitchen floor, (right after I brought her back in of course lol) We took it outside and her and showed it to her, let her sniff, hope that helps! lol I'll know who to come to for advice since you are experienced it seems. This is my first time! Thanks!

Mine is next Wednesday on the 14th. I was born on Flag Day. And I have a brother born on Veterns Day. I guess we're just a patriot bunch. LOL
