### 06/08 What Did Ya Eat Today?
Breakfast: 2 crackers, 2 wedges of LC LF swiss cheese
Mid Morn: 30 gm protein shake
Lunch: 2 scallops, about 3 oz, they were pretty big.
Dinner: 4 crackers with PB & SF jelly
Eve: 30 gm protein shake
Did bad on water today, got liquids with my protein shakes, but as far as clear water maybe 1 of the 16.9 oz bottles.
Had a SF popsicle too today.
My intake for today:
Breakfast: One packet regular oatmeal and a sliced banana
Lunch: 4 ounces of turkey salad made with celery and onion and four crackers
Dinner: 2 ounces of fresh grilled tuna (it's so dense that's all I could eat!) and 1/4 cup of fresh steamed green beans with one tablespoon of basmati rice
Snack: 1 NSA Fudgsicle
Horrible on water so far. I think I've consumed about 30 ounces. I also need to get back to tracking my food intake in FitDay. I have no idea how many calories I've consumed today or for the last month. Bad Stephanie!

get back on track girl I am such a control freak and have been over wieght for so long that I freak when I don't track everything that goes in my mouth LOL
ok today that included
double protien shake
1/2 slice 7grain bread with a teaspoon of avacado, tomatoes slice, 1/2 slice cheese and 1 poached egg - 2 meals it took to eat it all but it was gooood
an artichoke
soycrisp garlic chip things - 7 of them and beef jerkey 1oz - ate this while waiting for mamogram and blood work
1/4 cup brown rice, barley and lentils cooked together - yumm high fiber and a bit of protien
4 shrimp
planning on protien powder stired into yogurt for bedtime snack
almost 3.5 litters of water in - I am teired and need water and protien so I am thinking protien wins
