### 06/07 What Did Ya Eat? JOIN IN!!
Well another day, doing pretty good with water today. I think I need to try a protein drink again and see if my tastes have changed in regards to those since just after surgery. Maybe I'll try one tonight. I know I don't get near enough calories. Im getting excited cause Im leaving Friday or Saturday for CA!!! I don't know which day, because Im flying standby-- EJ's Aunt is an air hostess so we get buddy passes and can fly for cheap ... I just have to figure out which flight has some empty seats. Im gonna miss you guys though--- maybe I'll get some internet time at my friends house.
Breakfast: About 4oz Yogurt (Blue Bunny Lite 75 this time), and 1oz or so of Fiber One cereal.
Snack: 1/2 packet of the Kraft To Go Ritz crackers & cheddar cheese. I don't like Ritz crackers, but this was the last one, Id much prefer my whole grain triscuits.
Late Lunch: General Tsaos Chicken-- had it for dinner last night--- chicken, peas, onion, bell pepper, soy beans and a light sauce.
Snack: None, getting water in.
Dinner: Thinking of making a protein shake, and if I have that I won't have room for any food.
Im on my 3rd bottle of water already, will have it finished soon and have another bottle after I eat my lunch.
double protien shake
4T cream of wheat made with milk
protien powder mixed into 1/2 cup plain yogurt
3 peices of sushi
3 pieces of sushi (yep had some more )
dinner will be chief salad so I will have a bit of cottage cheese, a bit of meat and a few bites of tomatoe and avacado
and of course one more protien shake before bed
am almost done with litter 3 of water - sometimes I do better than others today is a not so great day - tryed spin class - my back side HURTS that seat is way to tiny and way to narrow for where I put it LOL

Today I am having a pretty good food day. I am still forcing the water.
Snack: Protein shake
Breakfast: Weight control oatmeal
Lunch: cottage cheese cucumbers, carb master yogurt
Dinner: Not really hungry. Forced down pintos & cheese from taco bell.
Evening snack: protein shake.
No matter what I get that protein in. I am now hooked on Crystal light slurpees from 7-11. They are a good way to get more water in for me.

Hi Everyone....
Breakfast: protein shake
Lunch: 1oz beef jerky, 1/2 power crunch bar, 2 strawberries (over about an hour)
Dinner: I think chicken something....and a vegetable
Water: Not doing so good today....I'm only just now on my second bottle
I didn't know 7-Eleven had Crystal Light slurpees!!!! I'm going to have to check that out......and hopfully California does, 'cause you know sometimes things are different in different parts of the country.

Breakfast: 1/4 cup egg beaters with 1/2 slice FF american cheese and some diced tomato and onion
Mid morn: 30 gm protein shake
Lunch: 2 oz chili and 1 wedge of LF LC swiss cheese on 2 crackers
Dinner: made some eggplant lasagna. Had about 2 oz I'd say. The eggplant was a bit tougher to eat than I thought so picked at the cheese and sauce.
Eve: Will have a protein shake. Right now being bad and nibbling on some FF Pringles. I've got to quit buying these!
Had 3 bottles, 16.9oz of water so far today, 12 oz water mixed with my protein. Will try to do another bottle later.
B: 1 hard boiled egg and 2 strawberries
S: Atkins protein shake
L: 1/2 cup of chedder cheese, chicken, lettice and salsa
S: 8 oz Diet V8 Splash with scoop of vanilla protein
D: 2oz turkey burger with slice of ff american cheese and if I'm still hungry maybe 1/4 cup of ff cottage cheese
already had 60oz of water probably get another 20 in before bed.

Breakfast: 1 slice bacon, 1 slice 35 calorie bread with 1 T. peanut butter
snack: protein drink ( I use Unjury powder -choc or van and mix with Simply Smart Milk and then put it in the freezer for about 3 hours - like a ice cream slushy - so good and a good way to get in 20 grams of protein!
Lunch: 4 oz. baked haddock, 2 T. baked potatoe
Dinner: 3 oz. hamburger mixed with FF refried beans, topped off with mozz. cheese
Got 5 - 16.9 oz. of water and all my vitamins.

S: 2oz chicken
D: lettuce turkey wraps w/cheese
water: almost 50oz so far.
exercise: 45 min. cardio at the gym

S- 2 beef hot dogs w/ketchup and mustard (cut up in a bowl)
D- still working on 1/2 egg salad sandwhich (wheat bread w/crust cut off)
Today I drank half of a "Grande"-sized Starbucks Sugar Free Vanilla Latte (decaf). I drank it while teaching, and 2 hours later the ice melted and it was warm, so I threw it out.
