Cheesy Crockpot Chicken

I made this yesterday because I was having people over for dinner. Everyone loved it! 4 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts 4 cans of cream of chicken soup (I used 2 cream of chicken and 2 cream of chicken mushroom) 2 cans of cheddar cheese soup 2 small bags of frozen broccoli salt and pepper to taste Whole wheat pasta Place everything except the broccoli and pasta into the crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours. Add the broccoli into the crockpot for the last hour. Cook the pasta and serve the cheesy chicken over the pasta. It tastes like homemade mac & cheese! It's also easy to cut this recipe in half for a smaller family.

This sounds very yummy Elizabeth. I'm a huge fan of crockpot meals - they are so easy and in the summer, you don't heat up your entire kitchen with cooking! I suppose you could lighten this up by using fat free or reduced cal soups. Thanks for posting. Tina
