Fitting in a plane...

You'll be fine. My husband is a consultant and flies every week. He is 5'10", same as you, and 310. Even when he was 345, he had no problem with the coach class seats or the seat belt. Not that coach class is comfortable for anybody! Ask for an aisle seat; you'll have more room. Have a great trip! Cathe

I think you will be just fine doll!!!! i just flew on AA's little planes....i forgot my seatbelt extender and was beginning to panic and my husband promised I wouldn't need it...well I didn't and there was even a little extra!

Hi Darlene, I flew last week and had no problem (on America West). You will be fine. I've seen people far larger than you get on planes (I used to fly every week) and have never seen anyone asked to buy a second seat. I was a lot more comfortable last week than I was when I flew in January and February of this year! I had room to move around in my seat and there were 5-6 spare inches when I fastened the seatbelt.
