I discovered that if I was in a hurry to go potty I can pull my jeans down without having to unbutton and unzip them. I better go shopping for some suspenders or just buy some smaller pants.

I had to laugh.. You are definitely a mom because you said "potty"! My vote is for rainbow colored suspenders like Mork. Really, I'm very excited for you! Can't wait for the day I can do the same thing in pants without elastic

Yes some new smaller pants might be a good idea. You surely wouldn't want to be out shopping and everyone see how quickly your pants go down without unbuttoning when you go potty!
