### 05/18 What Did Ya Eat Today?
I didn't have a good morning with the whole pill stuck incident, but the rest of the day hasnt been so bad. Mixing Crystal Lite into my water again has helped me so much with my liquids.
Breakfast: 17 Turkey Pepperoni "chips"
Snack: 6oz Raspberry Dannon Lite & Fit--- Im finding myself enjoying yogurt so much right now. It's so smooth and cool and delicious.
Lunch: Chicken Stirfry (Chicken, Baby corn, onion, snap peas, peanuts, garlic & low sugar terryaki sauce)-- probably about 2-3oz
Snack: 1oz beef jerky.
Dinner: Not sure yet.... depends what kind of mood Im in when I get home..hehe
I will have 50oz of water done before I leave work, and will get some more in when I get home.
B: SBD All American Breakfast Wrap (do you sense a trend?)
L: 4 small meatballs with Citrus Mojito sauce (the last of the leftover meatballs) 1/2 a mini corn tortilla, and about 2 oz of NSA applesauce
S: Dannon Light & Fit yogurt - will have this before I go to the gym - I'm loving yogurt now too! It goes down easy, tastes good and is refreshing with the warm AZ days.
D: Taco Soup with 2 tablespoons of light cheese and 1 T of light sour cream
S: 2 Laughing Cow Babybel cheese rounds and 4 melba rounds
I have taken all my vitamins and supplements except the multi I will take with dinner. About 45 oz of water in so far and with 2 hours at the gym I will drink at least another 32-50 this evening!
Better food day today and I didn't even throw anything up. LOL
B - 4 oz Dannon Vanilla Yogurt (ditto on the yogurt but I seem to only like Vanilla)
L - Around 2 oz cheese sauce, 2 oz ground taco meat and maybe 5 nacho chips. 1/4 cup of potato soup (this is the first time I felt like I really ate lunch - even if it was in a school cafeteria!)
D - 3 mini spinach & artichoke in bread bowls (12 grams of protein)
Got my mulit vitamins in, those never seem to be a problem. It's the calcium I can't seem to wrap my head around.
Doing good with liquids, about 60 oz today.
triple protien shake
1 left over shrimp from last night and 2 bites of steak
1/4 cup totillina and 1T spagettie sauce over it
2 bites pork chop
3 wheatthins with chicken salad at support meeting - YUMMM!
(boiled or canned chicken cut very small, cream cheese, hard boiled eggs, celery, green onions, lemon juice all mixed together and rolled in crushed pecans)
SBD breakfast buritto - it is good - I have had half will eat the rest in a while - I knew it was high protien 19 grs and low cals-200 but it also has like 17 or 19 grams of fiber
had all my vits and pills today - did good. need to add in more iron but not sure how/when yet.
calories at 950ish protien one teens, fiber close to 20
6 bottles of water so far. we are suppose to be taking off at midnight for dallas but tims pass is not in the office so who knows - trying hard to stay upbeat and hopefull

Hi Ladies, and if there are any Gents,
This AM I had a wonderful
Brocoli, Cauliflower, Carrot, and cheese sauce mix which my poodle helped share in, lol,
then as a snack, I had some light applesauce,
Lunch consisted of a strawberry bananna protien shake
then my midafternoon snack was a strawberry bananna dannon light and fit (love the dannon) yogurt, lol.
Dinner is right now refried beans, and some fresh fish that my fiance's mom brought home, I'm not much of a fish eater, but thought I'd try some.
My late snack will be a pure protien bar, I like the choco chip, and I've tried the Smores YUM and will try either the double choco or the blueberry tonight he hee,

Not a great day for water, I did get my vitamins in.
B: 1 stick string cheese
S: half a Adkins Advantage Mocha Almond bar
L: Smart Ones roast beef and mashed potatos (got all the meat in, few butes of tater)
S: 100 calorie pack cool ranch Doritos
D: 2 bites of mushroom pork chops, and one bite of baked potato
S: 1 stick string cheese, a few pretzels
