What kind of Calcium are you taking?

I ordered those Bariatric Advantage chocolate chewables, and I hate them!! I'm still looking for the Citracal creamy chews that everyone loves... I was taking the Caltrate 600 chewables, and my doctor got mad that I wasn't getting a "citrate" in my diet. I bought the Citracal tablets and they are HORSE PILLS, I choke every time I try to swallow them. Rebecca M. 269/218/150

get the citracal chews - but remember you can only eat so many a day or they will add up to major calories LOL Danni

I also use the bariatric advantage calcium lozenges. cinnamon flavored. They taste like a cinnamon altoid. I joined the auto refill program and it is free shipping. I really like them so far. Good luck. Mary

I am still taking TUMS 3 times a day. In July, I can start the calcium citrate.
