Indigestion?? I feel awful!!

I woke up this morning with a pain in the center of my chest, feeling like it was indigestion and it's hung around all day! The pain isn't as bad now, but feels like I have to keep burping...know what I mean? It goes away when I eat something, but then comes back after awhile. Anybody else feel like this ever? If it doesn't go away by tomorrow morning I'm calling my surgeon. sandy

Do call your surgeon...just to make sure. My surgeon prescribed Pepcid for 3 months after surgery and says after 3 months if you start having indigestion, to call back for another prescription. Hope you are feeling better. Barbara

I feel much better this morning; it's gone today. I think it was the ambien I had taken the night before that gave me the indigestion. It was awful! I have been on Protonix since surgery, which what is prescribed for GERD. I would have thought it was my gall bladder acting up if I knew for a fact it was removed on March 8! LOL Thanks! Sandy
