6 Week Follow-Up Appointment!!!

Hi everyone. I was at Barix today for my 6 wk checkup. So far I have lost 77 lbs. This is 17% of my excess weight!!! They say I'm right on track with everything, protein intake, fluids, exercise, etc... In my wildest dreams I never imagined that I would feel this good so soon after surgery!!! I can't even begin to imagine what's in store.. Cherie

Have you lost 77 pounds since your surgery date? That is great. I went today for my follow up visit and I have lost 52 pounds since surgery day. I go back at 3 months for the first blood work - will be anxious to see the results of that! We MARCHers are pretty good folks! Barbara
