new water rule at my house
I have made myself a new rule this week annnnnnnd it is working!!!
I can have my protien shake on the way to the gym in the am and then I must drink 2 bottles of water before I get food.
I must drink a full bottle of water between eating
I will drink water while others are eating if they are eating things not good for me
the last 3 days I have managed over 3 litters a day - much much better
oh I am talking 16 oz bottles - anyone else have any good idea on getting all your water in

I don't have quite so many rules... maybe I should make more though...
BUT I have to drink a whole bottle of water from the time I wake up, to when I leave for work, then I try to get another 1/2 bottle in on the drive to work.
Ive been finding it's really helps me, getting hydrated early in the morning--- I wake up sooo thristy! I used to guzzle a bottle during the night-- wake up thirsty and drink a bunch... can't do that now, so boy do I need water as soon as I wake up!
I need to work on water more at work, I tend to get distracted and before I know it it's an hour past when I was "supposed" to start drinking, and I could have used that time. If I really focus I can get a whole bottle in, in about 30-45 minutes!

Hi Danni. I do very well with water during the week. Here's why:
Open a bottle of water upon arriving at work.
Finish the first bottle by 10:00 a.m.
Open the second bottle and drink it by noon.
Open the third bottle at 1:00 p.m. That one needs to be gone by 3:00 p.m.
Open the fourth bottle at 3:00 p.m. and try to drink it by 5:00 p.m.
Fini**** on the way home if necessary.
Continue drinking throughout the evening.
It's so tough to follow this schedule on the weekends, but I do feel well hydrated during the week!
