I'm trying to eat fruit every day (per my nutritionist's advice). I've had strawberries, apples, bananas, grapes, canned peaches and pears (lite), raspberries, blackberries and oranges. I do try to be careful with bananas. I eat them slowly and try to only eat 1/2 of a small banana at a time. I tend to feel a little dizzy and nauseous when eating them. I've eaten bananas, grapes, watermelon, strawberries, cantalope, and honeydew. So far i've had no problems. Nadine O.

i've only tried cataloupe (1/2 cup serving) and strawberries...had no problem with either...nut told me I need to add fruit and veggies...I've had some issues with veggies (green beans and cooked carrots) so I've felt safer with fruit and I like fruit better anyway
