FRUIT
I'm trying to eat fruit every day (per my nutritionist's advice). I've had strawberries, apples, bananas, grapes, canned peaches and pears (lite), raspberries, blackberries and oranges.
I do try to be careful with bananas. I eat them slowly and try to only eat 1/2 of a small banana at a time. I tend to feel a little dizzy and nauseous when eating them.
