Here is my scalloped potato recipe. Everyone always comes back for seconds. 2.5 pounds of potatos (I use Yukon Gold) 16 oz half & half 1 clove of crushed garlic 2 tablespoons of butter 1 tablespoon kosher salt Fresh ground black pepper to taste Dash of Nutmeg Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Use an 8x8x2 baking dish. Slice potatoes thin (1/8 inch) using a slicer or mandolin. Combine all ingredients in sauce pan and heat to a boil. Lower heat to medium and simmer, stirring frequently, for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened. Transfer to baking dish. Shake baking dish to settle potatoes Cook for 45 - 60 minutes, until potatos are soft. Enjoy! Tina http://www.wls.tinakulesa.com 315/268/140
