Posted some new profile pics today. Spent the weekend in retrospect. I am not at goal yet, but I have come up with some ways to possibly boost myself towards some additional weight loss. 1. Increase my exercising to 5 days per week (increasing cardio) 2. Increase my protein intake - I try to religiously drink 2 shakes (50 grams per day) but some days, I forget about the 2nd one. Want to increase this to 3 times per day (75 grams per day) 3. Try to eat my last meal earlier. Currently eat around my children's evening activities . Will make an effort to put myself first when it comes to eating. I know that some of these things are things we should be doing, but I need to get back on track. I've come too far to go back to bad habits now. Just needed to put it out there so I can get myself back on track. Sandy 357/212/165

Hi Other Marchers, I'm down 165 lbs. Also going through a long stall, only lost 9 lbs since Dec. 10th ... with the last month being at an almost complete stall. Still have scads to go before goal, but hoping to make the 200+ club by anniversary time. take care, Myra G 442/277/170

I also am pretty close to goal. I keep making my goal smaller, and this is something mental in my head I think. First it was lose 150 lbs..which would bring me to 140. (started at 290) Got to 140 and then it was let's lose 10 more so that when I start to maintain I will have a few pounds to play with. Now this morning..I got to 131.5 and said, Ok, 1.5 more pounds to go, and maybe I can lose 10 more. But I am going for plastics consult this week and I have a feeling he will tell me that I am fine now. I will lose some weight with plastics. So I know that I guess we have to add some things into our diet by way of carbs and calories...how scarey..isn't this what we've been watching all this time to get here? I think I might make appt. with the nutrionist soon to learn what good things I should add that will not make me gain, but will help me stay where I am. I'm thinking of adding some carbs by way of oatmeal/beans/maybe whole wheat bread a few times a week. I'll see what she says. If you get any tips, let me know. And congrats on your weight loss!! I work in an office and it's so much easier for me to be diligent during the week..I know that I drink 24 oz bottle on my way to work (45 minute ride) and I always drink another 24 oz bottle before I eat my lunch. Then after lunch I drink another 24 oz. bottle and then I have a protein NEctar which has about 20. I always take another 24 oz bottle for the way home, which I feel, if I drink..great...but this way I have already had all my liquids for the day before I get home. I usually don't drink the whole bottle on the way home because of the 1/2 thing before dinner, then I feel it's too late to eat and I won't eat dinner, just a protein shake. Then I drink a Matrix Hot Cocoa every night, which again..12 oz of water. This works for me..so does the occassional SF Kool Aid or Crystal Light. Eileen

I am down 158.5 lbs as of this morning. Started at 290 and weighed this am 131.5. I am also going for my first plastics consult this week.. Eileen
