Wow!! What a transformation!! You look great!! Good goals to kick yourself back in gear. I'm doing the same. Starting today, I plan on exercising again and getting ALL my water in. Doing both used to not be a big deal and I did it easily as a newbie post-op but now it's not as easy. So those are two goals I have for me to today. Baby steps!! Thanks for posting your new pics and letting us know how you are doing. I've been on and off track the last few months and need badly to get disciplined again. Your post helped remotivate me. I have to say that I'm laughing out loud with the possibility that you may injure another jogger. I believe that may become something of epidemic purportions because I looked at myself naked in the mirror and feel that I could do the same. I took a peak at your profile as well. You have also come a long way. Congrats on the marathon. Not sure if I could do that yet even though some weekends I feel like I never stop with the kids. Keep up the good work. Sandy
