Hey Angela, I have been eating terrible lately! Actually, it's been the last 2 months. I haven't gained any weight but I'm definitely disappointed in myself. Tonight is my last night at my job so hopefully the lack of job stress will help get me back on track. Just keep the faith and know that the tool never breaks. We just have to remember how to use it correctly. I know we can both do it. Let's just jump back on that horse and get on track! Missy

Heidi, I don't own a scale, so I guess that would be my first step to join this challenge. Have been wanting to get one lately. Believe that it would help me stay focused and to walk the walk. If you guys get something going, I will be onboard also. Need help in the exercising department. Just don't want to do it. TraciL

Topic: How do u fight head hunger?
It seems that lately, my will power is not as strong as it was and my self discipline has literally gone down the drain. I know we have had some things going on with our son and I am not worried about that anymore because I believe it will all be fine. I just can't seem to get back on track. My family didn't have the surgery of course and they still eat normally. They have chips, cookies, popcorn, etc. Up until recently these things didn't bother me at all, why all of the sudden do I want this kind of stuff? I have lost 140 pounds in 10 1/2 months. I am proud of that. I am sitting at 173, have 13 pounds before I hit my surgeons goal. Anything I lose after that is up to me and any loss after that will be great...I am thankful for what I have lost, but why do I want to graze now? I was so proud of my self discipline, of my control, what in the world happened to it? Is this normal? I am making myself start a 5-7 day liquid day, hopefully that will boost my weight loss and my confidence could use a little uplifting as well. Do any of u have this problem at times? Thanks Angela

I have 14 to 17 pounds to Onderland myself and would LOVE to do this challenge as well. My one year anniversary is 03/02/06. I took feel that sometimes I am not making the best food choices but do great on the exercise portion. I only post Monday - Friday but would love to be able to do that with you guys as well. Can't wait to hear from you. Sandy

i usually grab them at gas stations, but wal-mart and some grocery stores have 4 packs of the big cans. wal-mart seems to be the cheapest--they're $6.97 for 4. i prefer the 8oz cans though (the size of red bull) b/c i can't finish a 16oz can before it gets warm. they're kind-of expensive (around $2) but totally worth it on those days where i have absolutely no energy. i make sure to drink enough water to make up for the caffeine, but the added vitamins help a lot. aha--just found out that you can order them from their website as well: http://www.rockstar69.com/rs06/diet84.html ::blushes:: thank you!

Michelle, where do you get these diet rockstar energy drinks and how much are they? I have started to drink about a can of Diet Pepsi every other day or so and I would really rather drink something else. Thanks. By the way....you look FABULOUS!! Becky R 254/138

I have a hard time deciding what I want to eat, seems like I crave random things but tire of them quickly, or they taste nothing like what I thought I wanted. I wander the grocery store aimlessly and finally just have to give in and buy something (usually Lean Cuisines) so I won't starve.

Heidi, You are looking fantastic! I am very impressed with your progress. I am almost to my goal, but it is true that my food choices are not always the best. I am great at the exercise portion of things, so I could help you in that area, maybe. I am loving the exercising, but staying away from emotional eating is tough. I check this board every couple of days, so if you post what's up with your eating/exercising, I will, too. I would like our board to be more active. I could use the extra support. Becky

Hi fellow Marchers, Was wondering if food has taken a different role in your life. I used to look forward to eating so much so that I gained 200 lbs. Food used to get me through difficult days. Now, nothing tastes good. I don't enjoy eating. I'm almost going through greif about it. Anyone else? Heidi
