Hi Becky!!! We share the same anniversary date!!!! Congratulations on your acheivements!!! I haven't gone yet for my 1year visit, going next week. I was back several times to my surgeon within past several months, having gall bladder issues. I had it out on 1/16 which stalled my weight loss a bit, but I am at Century Club now and a size 10. I am only 9lbs from goal! I have some other issues going on in my body right now, during my tests & surgery for the gall bladder they repaired 2 hernias, removed my colon from my bladder, removed scar tissue and biopsied a mass on my bladder. Results no cancer, hurray!!! The problems were from my hysterctomy 3yrs ago. The mass is actually my ovary and fallopian tube attaching itself to my bladder. In addition to that they found a benign brain tumor. I maybe looking at addition surgery soon. I will find out at my year visit. I just had follow up Cat Scan and ultrasound. I get results on Tues. and Thurs. from Dr.'s. I have a positve outlook and feel the best I have felt in years!!! Good luck with trying to gain some back. I know it would be hard for me to hear that! Sandy, Way to go!!!!! Congratulations on your weight loss!!! It took me a while to hit Century Club, I was stalled for 2 months at 98lbs lost. After my gall bladder surgery I couldn't exercise for 2 mos. As soon as I went back to the gym I lost 2 lbs in the first week that put me at 100 lb weight loss and a size 10. I am almost at goal, 9 more lbs to go!!! Good luck to you!!! Lynn 254/154/145

Hello all! Hope everyone is doing well and better then expected. I actually am needing your support and words of wisdom. I have not been making the best food choices and I also have thrown everything out the window this past couple of weeks. and I don't feel good about it. I am telling on myself so as to maybe that will be a turnover to do the right things. I am not drinking enough water, having enough protein, doing enough excercise, am not waiting before or after meals to drink. I also have been doing too much carbohydrates, not waiting long enought to eat. (grazing)....I am wanting to overeat and/or have the choice to eat a lot. Well that all had gotten me to the point of where i was before I had the transformation of life with the WLS. Alrighty thinking about what I had just written may have set the tone to start all over right now and do what has been suggested from the beginnin. I am satisfied with the weight I am right now, (because anything was better) but if i do change my habits now, I could lose a few more lbs. which would even be more then my dreams. I don't get the concept of not wanting to go all the way and fulfill to the highest point I can. I guess sometimes this happens in other areas of life to. (well maybe I need a shrink for that one) Just looking for your tips and tricks on doing all the right things???? GOT ANY??? Thanks xoxo Sheryl 265/140/??? what is your goal at 5 feet?

Sorry to be so long in writing this... I was glad to hear you were okay. What a day for everyone there! If it had shifted just a bit, it would have been us! I'm glad it wasn't any worse than what it was and especially that you all are okay! Love ya! Susie

Hi Angel, I am planning on having some plastics done in about a year, and I have been following your journey closely! I'm so glad your surgery went well & that you are home recovering. Some of my friends here have had lower body lifts & abdominal work, and it takes a long time before they can even stand up straight. Sounds like you're doing great! I hope you are feeling stronger & having less pain with each passing day. Please continue to keep us posted about how you're doing! hugs (gently!) Kathy

Hey Angel, We just rolled back into town an hr ago from Tennessee, Kentucky, West Va., Pennsylvania. Been wondering how you were and have been praying for a good recovery. So happy you posted ! Well, glad you are healing well and taking the rest of the week off . After such major surgery it's only natural that it'll take some time to get back to 'normal'. Delighted your dear hubby is being such a great help. Tell him we give him a huge gold star!!! One of the ladies that helps facilitate the wls support group mentioned swelling after ps and that it does take time to go down. Looking forward to seeing you with your new and improved self. Guess the meeting is on for the 19th. Hope you can make it. God bless ya real good! Mary

I'm thrilled for you! I don't think I would have the courage to have so much done at once, but you are doing great with it. I And since you had everything done that needed done, when you are healed and looking in the mirror, you won't say, "Yeah, my stomach looks good, but arms (or whatever) look awful". All of you will great! Congratulations on your surgery and your very supportive husband. Becky

Sandy, Way to go! We started out about the same and Im in onederland too. I can't believe how good it feels. I can not even recall when I've weighed this little. Maybe when I was about 18 or 19 years old. I'm 36 now. Keep up the great work. Kelli 351/196/165 Looks like we have the same goal too. I figure I'll get my tummy tuck and see how much more I need to go from there. Probably nothing. I'm not interested in being to thin.
