It is slow here.....we need to get people talking again. I think we are all at a difficult junction in our journey. That might be why no one is around. I have no idea how much you lost but I am sure you do look wonderful. I wouldn't stress over the 40 lbs as much as concentrating on eating healthy and staying healthy with excercise. Who needs to be "normal" I have never been a normal weight. Don't stress over the numbers, stay off the scale, it's not considered a good form of excercise!! Take care, Jean

Hi Ange, There is a great web site called (Makemeheal.com) that has lots of info about plastic surgery. You may want to give it a look as it has wound care and creams that make the scar heal so it's barely visable. I heading in the middle of november to have a "Tummy tuck and contouring" done myself. Hi all. I think I need support now more then a year ago. Weight lose has slowed down to almost nothing. Have not gained but the scales go up and down with the same 4 pounds. I am told I look really good but still have about 40 pounds to lose before I am considered normal. Some days I want food all day long. I try to ignor the want because I know I don't need. So how is everyone else doing?
