Patti... I feel your pain. My weight loss has slowed way down in the last month and I am getting really frustrated. I drink tons of water, get my protein in and joined the gym, but the scales are crawling. Hopefully this will just be a small bump in the road for us. I'm trying hard not to get too depressed over it myself. Keep your chin up your not alone. Scarlette

Topic: This is getting old!!!
OK.. I am nearing my 6 month post op date..and once again I have hit another plateau!!! Is this what I get to struggle with now? I lost those 2 lbs to put me under 200 and I havent moved!! It has been since July 22 and then it was like 2 to 3 weeks or more before that!!! I have upped my protein and water!! This gets depressing!! I know I am alot farther than I was 6 months ago and I should be happy where I am now but I guess when you get this far... ya just want more!!! grrr...its frustrating!!!!! Thanks for letting me vent...again!!!! Patti

I am almost 6 months out and have been taking Centrum multivitamin for a couple months now. I havent taken chewables since! I also have to take 1200 mg of calcium on top of that but not together! Patti

Topic: RE: Elevated Liver Enzymes
Hi there! I too have elevated liver enzymes and I had my gall bladder out 7 years ago. My doctor is going to check me again in a couple of weeks to see if they are still elevated!! This is the first time they have ever been elevated. I had a catscan and everything looked fine also. I have read that some medicines, i.e. pain medication can elevate them also. Please keep us posted. I will let you know if I hear of anything helpful. Melissa

Topic: RE: Inches lost!!
That's amazing Greg! You inspired me to take my measurements, too. I've lost 57 and 3/4 inches, 15 points off my BMI, and 102 lbs since 3/28. (23 weeks). Wasn't that first measurement you took painful? I almost didn't do it! Happy dance! Anyone else taking inventory? Heidi
