I am still losing a few strands a day more than pre-surgery; but like you, it is nothing like the last few months! I am so glad it has almost stopped. And I am not taking any extra vitamins, just my normal ones.

Topic: 5 month update (a little late) w/pics!
My 5 month anniversary was 8/31, I am officially no longer obese, just overweight! I lost a grand total of 14 lbs. last month, 4 of those coming dramatically in the last few days before my anniversary after my plateau finally broke. 
I've lost 2 more since then, I hope this keeps up!

I have. Seems like it's leveling off for now, but I'm also taking 300mg of biotin and added Zinc in addition to my multivitamins. I just thought it was those that were helping.

Has anyone noticed that your hair loss is slowing down? I am still loosing hair but not to the point that I was a month or two ago...anyone elses either slowed down or STOPPED!
