Dear Myra,
What a sweet thing to say.
You've been an inspiration to me. Would you encourage me to "get moving." I'm so inspired by yours activity that I went out and walked with me dog after I read your post. I need to do more and would love to spend the $45.00 it takes to join a gym for the month, but I have some unpaid CC bills that they call me about every day!
I've been such a procrastinator and am so far behind with everything. I have piles of paperwork all over my desk and table that I can't get to either one of them!
I'm finally to the point where I have the energy to get some things done, but am discouraged I can't get it all day TODAY! Patience is my greatest virtue with other people, but last for myself.
Take care and keep up the good work,
Huggggs and blessings,
Heidi
Topic: Easy Shaper or Gazelle?
Ok for Christmas I am buying myself a AB Lounger, and one of the others. Which would be best? I am pear shaped and although my hips and legs are getting smaller they are still the biggest part of me. Should I get the Easy Shaper or Tony Littles Gazelle? Also, is the AB Lounger a good choice? I have heard alot of wonderful things about it and before I go buy this stuff I want your alls opinions on the best.
Hugs
Angela

Hi Myra,
I think you are looking fabulous! You have done a tremendous job with your weight loss, exercise programs and not having to use a cane to walk anymore is truly a hugh blessing! Keep up the good work Can't wait until I can join you in the century club. 17 lbs to go!
I really enjoyed your profile and your design is wonderful. Wish I would of thought of something like that when I had mine designed!

Topic: RE: I'm Freezing!!!
Hi, I am new here and I just had to respond because now I see that I am not alone. I thought I was losing my mind or something. I am constantly cold, especially my feet!!! I must wear socks at all times and I too have an extra comforter on my bed. I didn't have this problem until after surgery, but that's ok, as long as I am losing the weight and healthy otherwise, I guess I will be buying more footies!!!

Heidi,
Seems like lately all I do is MOVE!!!
I do water aerobics 3 times a week, joined a PACE ("do it at your own PACE") exercise class at my local hospital 2 times a week, restarted my physical therapy last week and will go 2 times a week on that! And then I try to walk at least three times a week (don't always get that in right now while it's so hot, but I try).
I've gone from being almost house-bound and not being able to walk to the end of my own sidewalk using a cane to where I am today ... no cane and all this activity. Sometimes it's down-right-hard to believe! When we all say here that this surgery is a miracle, it's the truth!!!
I think about you alot, Heidi, and went to your profile the other day ... you are just not recognizable as the same person!! You've done wonderfully!!! WOW!!
thanks for the support,
Myra

Great! How awesome to see the scale moving again. I wouldn't fret too much about the meds. You may be able to come off them some day. Good job on the 5lb!
