Heidi Sorber! Happy 1 YR Anniversary!!!

Hi Heidi, One year ago today, you and I were on the operating table, having the same surgery a few thousand miles apart. I have enjoyed being in touch with you through the year, and I hope you are feeling as good as you look! CONGRATULATIONS on your wonderful progress!!! I'm going to go weigh today to get an "official" number for this anniversary day, but at last check, I was 127 pounds down, sitting right at 224 - a weight I have not seen since my twenties. What a trip it's been! And I'm amazed that my goal is actually within sight. I see from your ticker that you are even closer to your goal. WOW, huh?? Happy Anniversary! Love, Kathy

God bless you, Kathy! It's nice to share the date with you. I know you will reach your goal. I am shocked to be below mine! I had thought I would lose maybe 70% of my excess weight, but never dreamed I would lose it all. You will too! Keep me posted. Linda 280/151/160 (I think that's the right way to do it )
