You inspire a March 06er
Good luck on your journey, BJ.
And to answer your questions:
1. Could you imagine at the time last year you would be where you are now? Not really. I hope to lose a lot of my excess weight, but to not only reach but pass my goal!
2. What was greatest positive moment this year? Seeing a co-worker who hadn't seen me since before the surgery. She spent about 15 minutes peppering me with questions and being stunned. negative movement.-having trouble with foods I never had trouble with before, and not being able to predict what foods will bother me when.
3. When didyou know you would be successful?-After our summer trip when I came home 10 pounds lighter. It was the first time I ever lost weight on vacation.
4. What became your favorite food?-Those 100 calorie packs of snacks. Already portioned out and just enough to satisfy a sweet tooth.
5. How did you set your weight loss goal? I took my lowest weight during my adult life and added 10 pounds for being 30 years older. Did you reach it-not only reached it, but much to be surprise, passed it!
Good luck on your journey! Be an inspiration to everyone.
