What Did/Will You Eat Today?
Hi all - time for my daily exercise in accountability - won't you join me?
Breakfast - Carb Master Yogurt = 12g
Snack - decaf coffee w/sf french vanilla creamer = 0g protein but yummy
Lunch - grilled chicken w/mash potato & shredded cheese = 35g
Snack - 1/2 c trail mix = 12g
Dinner - something from the menu at Chili's (meeting some fellow WLSers)
I didn't make it to the gym yesterday but I did have a bit of a workout of sorts with a new friend.

I'm having another "I don't want to eat" day. It's been hard trying to get anything down today. Here's what I got so far
B: 20oz sugar free vanilla nonfat latte - 210 calories, 20grams protein
S: 1 packet banana bread weight control oatmeal - 160 calories, 7 grams protein
L : chicken and spinach salad from subway with oil and vinegar dressing - 230 calories, 20grams protein
S: highly doubt I am gonna get another snack in..still trying to eat lunch
D: I'm thinking Wendy's since it's easy. Probably chili and a side salad which is around 350 calories with the dressing and 26grams protein.
Still haven't taken my vitamins, a little better on the water today. I think I'll walk some later today. I've got my biotrainer on and I've burned 139 calories so far but I am shooting for 400. Hope everyone else is doing well.

Oh believe me I know..I'm already having problems with the B-12 and folic acid. I take the B-12 shot now and take extra folic acid. I'll take them when I get home. I may just be a little short on the calcium today. I need to just keep a stash at work. The vitamins are like the one thing I seem to have a hard time remembering. It frustrates me..but I am trying to be better about it.
