What Did/Will You Eat Today?
Morning all, it's that time again... are we getting all our protein and water? What about vitamins?
Breakfast - Carb Master Yogurt = 12g
Snack - 1/2 c trail mix = 12g
Lunch - ground turkey w/shredded cheese in 1/2 pita = 20g
Snack - Pria nutrition bar = 11g
Dinner - Not sure yet, I have a date and don't know if we're eating in or out
I probably won't get any exercise in today except running back and forth in the office.

Just got back from vacation and trying to get back on the bandwagon. I actually didn't do too badly over vacation which is good. Last time I went on vacation I gained 6lbs. I think I gained half a pound which I will hopefully lose before friday (weigh in day). Here's the menu so far today
B: 20oz sugar free vanilla nonfat latte - 20grams protein
L: seafood salad from subway - not sure on the protein but I would venture around 30grams or so.
S: another latte - 20 grams
D: I am so not hungry today so I am not sure yet. I'm really really low on my calories today so who knows yet. Probably a south beach diet pizza.
went to physical therapy so I guess that counts as exercise. Haven't been very good with the water or vitamins today. Gonna take them when I get home. Hope everyone is doing well.
