What did you eat today, and did you exercise?

I have had a good eating day. I've had 80g of protein and lots of veggies, and I ran 2.5 miles at the gym, then did 45 min of strength training and then 30 min on the bike, going 10 miles. How about you? How did you do today? Mary Ellen

Good golly Mary Ellen!! You are a warrior! I ate two pieces of bacon w/ a one egg cheese and mushroom omlet for breakfast. I had a protein bar at lunch and half a shredded pork sandwich with cheese and a dollop of coleslaw. I will polish off with a protein shake tonight. I would estimate the protein around 60g. I didn't even leave the house today. It was the first day my husband has had off in over three weeks. I was a blob on the couch with him while he watched basketball (boring), but I loved being with him. Way to go with the food and exercise! You must feel great! Annie
