Bittersweet anniversary (long)

Congratulations on your anniversary and my heart goes out to you for the loss of your father. How sad to have two such monumental events intertwined. It must comfort you to have had those last words of love with your father. I wish you continued success in your weight loss journey. With 150 pounds down though, you sound like you have done amazing. Aw, sweetie! I kinda sorta understand. I lost my mother 3-1/2 months after my surgery. She got to see the beginning of my journey, but I wish she was here to see the results. I miss her too. Hang in! Greg (342/191/185)
