I PASSED MY GOAL!!!
I PASSED MY INITIAL GOAL WEIGHT! ::bounces:: losing 3 lbs. overnight probably has a lot to do with being in the bathroom all day yesterday in preparation for an endoscopy/colonoscopy today, but still. wee! 149 lbs!!! i haven't weighed this much since i was in elementary school! the last time i wore a size 12 was the 5th grade! (when all the other little girls were still wearing girls sizes, ugh)
this goal was the one i set for myself, technically i still have 12 lbs. to go until i'm considered the "ideal" weight for my height, but that's based on an outdated table. i won't be upset if i do go that low, but i'm certainly not busting my butt to do so. if it happens, so be it. if not, i'm absolutely thrilled to be where i am now.
i still can't believe it....and i even made it to goal before my 1 year anniversary!!

Michelle,
I'm so excited for you!!! I've been stuck at 156 lbs for the past six weeks and am so frustrated. I know that it's all my fault cause I've not been to the gym as much as I should and probably have had more carbs than I should. I've been working really hard this week to get back on track, I just hope when I weigh on Tuesday to see the scale move in the right direction.
Good luck with the colonoscopy.

YAY Michelle!!! I am just so amazed when I look at your picture now to see how wonderful you look. (I have got to get an after picture and post myself-I don't know why I haven't.) I think its so funny how we get to a certain size and say, okay I could stay here and be thrilled. For me, when I got to a size 10 I was absolutely so stunned and happy I would have been perfectly content at that size. Now I am a size 4, but I really don't feel any smaller than I did at size 10. go figure.
Congrats on the excellent results!
Any anniversary plans? My one year is the day before yours and I have no idea if I should treat myself or not!
