Just got out of the hospital...

Hey my Marchers: just wanted you all to know that I went into the hospital on Monday and on Thursday I had my gallbladder removed. It all came on rather suddenly no indications or anything. The same doctor that did my RNY surgery took out my gallbladder also. He said that this sometimes happens with wls patients since their diet so dramatically changes. Hope you're all doing well and nothing like this happens to any of you. The Pancreatist that went with it was horrendous and very painful. If I had to do this surgery all over again I would in a heartbeat, ya bet cha... Take care and love ya all, Deborah W.

What kind of symptoms did you have? I'm glad you are feeling better. I wonder why they don't just go ahead and take the gall bladder out when they do the surgery? I had a ruptured appendix about two months ago, which was a fun ordeal! Susie 235/133
