Anyone read livingafterwls?
Does anyone read Kaye Bailey's newsletter "Living after WLS"? For those of us struggling, it gives me motivation. She writes a newsletter and a blog. I am trying to take to heart her recent article on "getting back on track".
She does have some advertisements on her newsletter, but that doesn't bother me (just look at the ones here on OH). If you have questions, you can email her and she responds very promptly.
We need all the help and encouragement we can get right?
Here is a link to her website and blog
