New profile pics posted....
Posted some new profile pics today. Spent the weekend in retrospect. I am not at goal yet, but I have come up with some ways to possibly boost myself towards some additional weight loss.
1. Increase my exercising to 5 days per week (increasing cardio)
2. Increase my protein intake - I try to religiously drink 2 shakes (50 grams per day) but some days, I forget about the 2nd one. Want to increase this to 3 times per day (75 grams per day)
3. Try to eat my last meal earlier. Currently eat around my children's evening activities . Will make an effort to put myself first when it comes to eating.
I know that some of these things are things we should be doing, but I need to get back on track. I've come too far to go back to bad habits now.
Just needed to put it out there so I can get myself back on track.

Sandy,
You look so pretty! Your weight loss is inspiring, too. I checked out some of your profile and I like your song and your dog picture. I have been thinking about plastic surgery, too, when in the beginning I thought I would never be interested. My problem areas are the same as yours, except my major area is my thighs. I jog and I can't imagine letting these thighs out into the sunlight - I am afraid the excess skin may injure another jogger. But, back to you. You look wonderful and I look forward to seeing your next updated picture.

I have to say that I'm laughing out loud with the possibility that you may injure another jogger. I believe that may become something of epidemic purportions because I looked at myself naked in the mirror and feel that I could do the same.
I took a peak at your profile as well. You have also come a long way. Congrats on the marathon. Not sure if I could do that yet even though some weekends I feel like I never stop with the kids.
Keep up the good work.
Sandy
Wow!! What a transformation!! You look great!! Good goals to kick yourself back in gear. I'm doing the same. Starting today, I plan on exercising again and getting ALL my water in. Doing both used to not be a big deal and I did it easily as a newbie post-op but now it's not as easy. So those are two goals I have for me to today. Baby steps!!
Thanks for posting your new pics and letting us know how you are doing. I've been on and off track the last few months and need badly to get disciplined again. Your post helped remotivate me. Thanks!!
Trisha
Thanks. I'm glad I am remotivating you. We all need encouragement and without it we will not be as successful as we could be.
So last night, after going to CURVES during my lunch break yesterday, my husband decides he wants to go to GOLD's to work out. So I went with him last night to Gold's. Did 1 mile on the treadmill, 20 minutes of abs, 1 hour on the weight circuit and then 2 miles on the bike. I thought I'd be alot sorer today, but I'm not.
Not planning to go to both in the same day, but I don't think it will hurt me too much.
