????? about FLAXSEEDS.
I had bought flaxseeds and I was told to freeze them and then when i use them to grind them in a coffee grinder and have about 3 tablespoons a day, somepeople I heard put it in their morning oatmeal.
I have no experience with it because I have never tried or started it.
I also am unsure of why and how it helps?
But seeing y0ur question made me remeber I have the flax seed in my freezer I also this time will hopefully follow up with it.
I believe Dame Tooter has some info on flaxseed.
Also if you type in the search field Flaxseed you may get some answers.
Keep me posted too!

It's very HEART healthy!
Ground/crushed flaxseed is better than whole flaxseed because it is easiliy absorbed/digested. I buy mine whole and use a mortar/pestal to crush them. You can also use a food processor/Magic Bullet, etc.
I crush them and put some in my protein drinks, oatmeal, yogurt or even in with my scrambeled eggs. Also dash some on my salads, in with peanut butter on my peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.
