Staying Motivated for Exercise
I know I need to take some of this advice.

It's a good article. I stay motivated by reminding myself that exercise is a way to become fit, not just to lose weight. That way, when I don't lose weight, I can continue to exercise. I have goals for speed, time, or distance. Most days, I can hit at least one of those goals, but not always. I think that you should feel proud that you motivate us Marchers and get out there and exercise, if not for you, then for us! I like thinking that when I am exercising, so are you.
