WOW oh WOW Moment!!!

So over the past few months I've been noticing more and more things that are amazing to me. The other day while laying in bed I lifted my knee so that I could scratch it, in the process I felt this dip... yes a dip. I can't explain it any other way, I've come to realize that it is the hollow under my knee cap. The other thing I realized is that if I suck in my tummy I can seriously see all the bottom ribs in my chest. WOW. The big one though.. I was walking into the lunch room today to put my tuna in the fridge and came across a girl I hadn't seen since before my surgery. She looked at me kinda odd and I smiled at her. When walking out she goes... Excuse me.. how much weight did you lose exactly. My reply with perk... 145 lbs. She goes... wow. I just want to tell you that you look totally hot. I blushed a ton and told her thank you so much. It was just wonderful. Me.. Hot.... *eeks* Faith 350/205/159

Faith, Just wait until a guy tells you you're hot. It had been almost 20 years since any guy even looked twice in my direction and recently I've met someone who tells me I'm hot. It takes my breath away every time he says it. Congrats on your progress, it's awesome. Toni 267/159/135ish

Toni! I'm completely blessed to be married to a man that finds me sexy and hot enough that he has trouble keeping his hands off me. Sometimes it catches me off gaurd when he stops and goes "Wow, you are beautiful". I never see the weight loss in myself but the good news is that others do see it. That helps. Faith 350/208/159
