Anyone else having bad month?
Are there any other Marchers out there having a bad month where weight loss is concerned? I can't seem to lose a pound. I've gone up and down since Thanksgiving. I have noticed that I've been snacking a bit lately. A few peanut butter crackers and popcorn that I shouldn't be having. I will also admit that I've been having a diet pepsi now and then.
Got to get back on track and drink tha****er and cut out the extra carbs.
Good Luck

I started the month at 168, lost to 164, and now back a 168. I don't consider it a bad month, tho, because weight fluctuates. We know that it will go down steadily, it just bounces up sometimes. And I am not eating anything that I shouldn't be eating. Maybe yours would be doing this even without the slight change in your die****er-weight happens. Don't stress if you can help it -- I have no doubt that it will drop off soon, for both of us!

I'm with you. I've only lost a couple lbs. I started a new job and it has been extremely stressful. I have been grazing a little due to the stress and I never used to do this. I also went from an active job to a more sedetary job and that worries me. I have to go take the NC state licensing exam on Sat. so I'm trying not to worry about it til after that. OMG.... what if I don't pass? I can't even think that.... but you are not alone. Take care!

me too, things have slowed to a crawl. i would blame it on the holiday season but i actually lost 2 lbs. during my thanksgiving vacation. i have also had a problem w/peanut butter crackers, they're the only thing in the vending machine i can eat and i really should bring something better with me rather than eating those dumb crackers. i don't count popcorn as a bad thing though, unless i'm eating it every day. i need the fiber desperately, and i usually get the mini-bags of the lowfat kind, so it's only 100 cals for the whole bag.
Hi gang,
Hey we all have been struggling (most of us if we are honest). I was really feeling bad becuase I put on 5-6 lbs while on steriods for my asthma. Over the last 2 weeks I have lost the weight I gained. I was feeling really frustrated as if the sucess was over. So I just want to encourage all of you. I can relate- still frustrated that I had to work so hard to lose 5 lbs that took me a month to lose the first time.
Anyway- I met with my nutritionist this week and she is pleased with some adjustments I made. Got my carbs back under 90 grams per day and started using Revival products. I was snacking on the wrong things and just needed something that had a big crunch. Revival has great Soy chips that are sprinkled with cinnamon and apple- YUMMIE!!!! They also sell a soy protein bar (17-19grams protein) that is really good. Low Carb PB & Chocolate. I have tried lots of protein bars. This one actually tastes good!!! Using these has helped me not snack on all those- oh so tempting holiday treats at the office.
SO may have encouraged me during the hard times. I still feel like I have to fight with every breath to keep losing. But now I have some renewed hope. Lets keep eachother encouraged!!!!!!!!
Thank you for posting this I have lost 1 pound in the last 5 weeks. On aug. 30th at the doctors I was 163 and today I am 150 pds. But on Nov, 16th I was 151 pds. I am also grazing to much....I weigh on the 16th of every month, I do go to the doctors on the 20th and I will see what I weigh there....I noticed that alot of replys are from around the same time of surgery as myself. We can make girls!!
Best of luck to all of us.

I've been going from 165 to 162 and back and forth and back and forth. It's driving me nuts... but I know it's my fault, I just can't seem to resist those damn holiday goodies set out everywhere! At least now I'm eating only one cookie or one piece of homemade fudge and not half the plate.
Water is my only saving grace, I do manage to get in almost all my daily requirement everyday. If it weren't for that, I think I'd have gained 10 lbs by now.
We're almost there, just two more weeks and everyone else will have made those, have to eat healthy and get in shape resolutions so everyone will be on the same bandwagon and it'll be easier to stick to the program.
Good luck!
