I suck at weightloss...
I think you are doing wonderful!! 90 lbs...wow!! I am only down 86 in a little over 8 montsh. My weight loss has slowed alot but if I get a couple lbs a month...I will take it!!! Its better than going up!!!
Where did you start? Where are you at now? How tall are you?
Wow...90 lbs!! Cant wait to get there myself!!
Keep your chin up!! Would have you lost 90 without the surgery and kept it off? Not me!! I would get to 30 or 40 then go right back up..then some!!
You are doing great!!!
Have a wonderful day!

You are not alone. There are all kinds of varied weigh loss sucess. I had WLS on 03/08 also. I was 273 the day of surgery- 286 before surgery. So I really have only lost 92 lbs myself. I can relate- most have hit that century mark but I haven't yet. I sometimes feel down but then remeber how far I have come and energize myself to try harder when I see how everyone is doing.
I had a really rough recovery and therfore have done some bouncing around. Currently it seems like I can't get under 180 lbs. Driving me crazy. However the up side is that I am fitting 12/14 clothes and weigh less than I did 16 years ago when I got married. That is cool!!!!!!
I also have a spinal cord disorder that makes exersizing a challenge so I am on the slow side for sure. We can encourage eachother!!
273/181/150 ish
90lbs is really good. It still amazes me that people get so discouraged at their weight loss. The way I see it, any weight I lose is an accomplishment. You also have lost sooooo many inches. I mean I've lost more weight than you and I started at about a size 30 and I'm in a 20 now. And you are in a 16. So even though I've lost more weight, you've lost more inches. I would love to be in a size 16!!!! Don't worry about how fast everyone else is losing. And don't give into those temptations either. You will regret it big time. Keep at what you are doing and you will do fine.
