I posted a while back about no sex drive, i was wondering how do you broach this subject with a person that is always so doubtful of your fidelity. Thanks for your help? Just a note "I HAVE NEVER EVER CHEATED ON HIM SINCE WE MET WHICH WAS 6 YEARS AGO" but he still believes that I have. Tyshea 315/189/150

Counseling might help. Or take him with you to your doc's appts and ask the doctor about the sex drive problem. If he hears valid reasons from the doc, he may be more inclined to believe them. If there is a trust issue, how have you managed to stay together for six years? I think it's great that you've been able to make it work but if he is that mistrustful, it would make me wonder if it was because he was hiding something. Good luck. Toni 267/164/130ish

Before I had surgery, I had never had a low sex drive. Then a couple of months after surgery, it was completely gone for 2 or 3 months. Before I experienced it, I never understood it. If your partner has never had a time when he had no sex drive, he probably will not understand. You can try to explain what's going on, but I am not a jealous person, and I would not have believed it. Especially not for an extended amount of time. Maybe if your doctor has some paperwork on it or you can find something about sexdrive and WLS on the web, he will be more convinced. Good luck. Becky
